DMC products are certified by TUV, a German government approved authority for car safety standards. The Ferrari SF90 is a superb looking car however it's sound could be more aggressive. Especially when comparing it with older LaFerrari siblings, it can be a little tame due to new regulations in EU.

The ZESAD Exhaust System really is the finisher to any car tuning spec. The SF90 from factory has quite a tame sounding exhaust, that really doesn’t do a proper Ferrari any justice. The ZESAD creation attached to the OEM points but thanks to being made of T304 Stainless Steel, it not only has a more aggressive look but also weights less.

At the same time it still keeps the basic OEM style, not looking aftermarket at all. About ZESAD Exhausts Our Exhaust Systems is made up from lightweight and strong T304 Stainless Steel or Titanium , produced via vacuum infusion giving both great strength and superior finish. Once the part has been produced and pulled from the mould, it is checked and tested thoroughly before heading to individual color finish.

Each part is inspected further and checked for tolerances before being hand and machine polished. Our line up of exhaust system have the capability to produce an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration, and a more subdued sound for city driving with our patented ZESAD valves. At lower engine speeds and during cruise operation the valves are closed and produce a deeper exhaust note.

At wide-open throttle the valves open, releasing the full symphony of the highly tuned engine. ZESAD is the OEM Technology Partner for the many original brand car dealers as well as racing teams. Ferrari OEM systems weigh 19.9kg on average while ZESAD exhausts in general weigh in at around 4.2kg (80% lighter than the stock system on average). The opening or closing of the ZESAD valves, where available, are controlled by the engine ECU, therefore working in the same way that the original exhaust was designed to function. The OEM vacuum pipes fit directly into the ZESAD valve system where applicable.

ZESAD Exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured utilizing advanced 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at our factory, designed in Germany. Each system is made of either high-grade T304 Stainless Steel, and hand polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability which are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).

Install: This is a replacement part. The exhaust system is designed to be installed directly into existing OEM mounting points. Color and Coat: ZESAD Products come in silver if T304 Stainless Steel, or a choice of Silver, Blue or Gold if Titanium.

Fits: Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Assetto Fiorano, Coupe & Spider Attention: Due to frequent Ferrari ECU updates, some models will need an OBD Module to erase an error message. Alternatively use the Ferrari Computer or ECU Flasher to erase the error.
